Everyone wants to be #1… but we really are! NXT Travel Baseball offers the most TRAINING opportunities for players in the offseason while being the most affordable program in Western Pennsylvania. We are the only program that has an Associate Coach with the National Pitching Association on staff. All players have the opportunity the participate in The Pitching Program developed by Tom House. We focus on fundamentals at practice because we are building disciplined baseball teams. We have a full time strength coach dedicated to helping players develop functional strength. We provide discounted private lessons and access to our batting cages so that our players can work harder on their own time, according to their own schedule. Our philosophy is "No Excuses, Work Harder" and are activity looking for players AND families who want to take ownership of their own baseball future. NextTier Baseball unapologetically competes in baseball games. Games are not for "development". We want gritty players. For some, that is about talent, For others, they will have to work harder. Playing time is not guaranteed.
